Here are the 2015 Tour de Black Creek details:

- Saturday, September 19 from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm. 

- BCCers should plan to arrive by 7:45am

- The Race will be held at the Driftwood Community Centre, 4401 Jane Street    

- Approximately 160 children will be in attendance

- Plan on wearing your BCC kits (bring clothes for all weather - cold, rain, etc.)

For 2015:

- If you have a bell, please put it on your bike for this event (we are demonstrating bike safety)

- Helmets are MANDATORY!

- The majority of the children are new to cycling and will require guidance & support

- BBQ lunch provided post-event to all volunteers!

Good Morning, Everyone

Thank you so much for volunteering to help us at the Tour de Black Creek Bike Race tomorrow, Saturday, September 19, at the Driftwood Community Center.  We are looking forward to seeing you there by 8:00 am.

When you arrive at the Center, please sign in with Carol and Brenda at the Reception Desk.  Justin Terry, the Race Coordinator, will assign volunteer duties on your arrival.  Coffee and Tim Bits will be available near the Reception Desk - very kindly donated by Tim Hortons.

At the moment, the weather forecast for tomorrow is 23C with a "little" rain - let us hope the rain starts after the Race and the BBQ lunch finish!

If you have a friend or relative who would like to come along with you tomorrow, please bring them and share the documents from our September 10 email with them.

We are looking forward to a great day with lots of fun and excitement for the children who participate in the Race.
