Wanted: Bike Rack

I am looking for a two bike platform style bike rack to buy, rent or borrow.  Would prefer not to have to get a trailer hitch but would consider all options.  A Thule 9003 Pro Raceway would be ideal.See More

The Lakeshore this Weekend

Posted on July 9, 2009 at 5:16pm 1 Comment

According to all media, parts of the Lakeshore are closed in both directions all weekend. Maybe we could head east this weekend. Any suggestions? (I can't seem to get the link as a live link, but you get my point).

Hey Albert I too heard about your crash. So sorry man, I can't imagine the pain of broken ribs. Rest and get well soon, I'm sure your bike is really upset that she feels "she let you down". :)

Hi Albert,

It was great to see you too! It's been a long time so it was nice to see a few familiar faces still around. I hope you had a great ride yesterday and I hope to come out more often from now on. Have a great Sunday!

Hi Albert,
I'd be happy to give you (& your bike) a ride to and from Elgin Mills this Saturday. Where do you live? I'll pick you up.

Hey Albert. Thanks for your note. I'm fine. I think Michele is okay too, aside from a few scrapes. Bikes, not so. Let's see how those warranties hold up! I'm trying to organize a loaner in the meantime, so hope to see you out there soon!

Hi Albert,
I was actually going to check my bike in today, just so I'm not dealing with gear and my bike tomorrow morning. I have just noticed a cut in my back tire (have my bike with me at work today), so will need to deal with this today. Glad that I saw it now instead of en route! Thanks for your cell number, will definately look for you during the ride, and for the after ride stuff. Last year Steamwhistle was a sponsor and there were 4 free beer tickets for us apres ride :)
If I don't end up finding you pre-ride, have a good and safe one and will look for you guys at camp.
Cheers,
K

Hi Albert,
The spin shoes that would work would have SPD cleats, as most spin bikes have that type. You can pick them up at any bike shop and depending on where she buys the shoes from, should be able to get them there. Cheers, K

Hey Albert, a change of plans for tonight. Some of the guys will be starting at 7pm, not 8pm. I will get there for 7pm or soon after. Hope to see you there,

Arn
