Sorry, the pics aren't that great. But those that were there know...:-) Avg was still 32kph for the ride.
Thoughts on the Morningside(401-Kingston) Stretch... I'm kinda concerned that it's not the safest intersection to be going through given the amount of traffic....

Dst: 51kms, Avg: 32kph, Max: 56kph. Take into consideration I was dropped 3 Times on Kingston on the way back. Our average speed to the crit was 34kph... Most times we were riding 40-45kph and my heart rate was 186bpm for 45mins straight!

We had about 8 riders leave from Grinder @ 6AM, and 12 meeting at Elgin and Leslie. The 6am Group made it to us by 7AM. They booked it!
2-3 groups split heading north to Simcoe. Some route alterations later, and we all convened at the variety store on the lake. We all had a quick recharge and nature break and our group started to head back.

Great Bunch of people on this ride today... Tight group able to keep an Avg of 28.5kph for the 110km with highs of over 60kmph with the tail wind down tenth line made for an enjoyable Holiday Monday Bike ride. Hope you all enjoyed yourselves. Till the next one...
