Ok, I admit, I haven't been out with the crew much this year (it's been an insane summer!) This aside, the club still means a lot to me and I'm always so proud to say that I ride with BCC. It's why I find this post a bit difficult, but necessary. This past week, as a pedestrian, I managed to see two BCCer's on the road, (both riding solo) which is always great to see. Although I saw the two at separate times, I witnessed both engaged in reckless and disrespectful riding. I think it's important to remember that when we're out, we are ambassadors- not just for BCC- but for cycling in general. Wearing the BCC jersey or not, we should be the ones taking the higher ground and setting the example out there. Enough said.
