Thanks for the photos, Dan. Apologies to the group - four of us didn't stop at the coffee shop to wait for everyone else. Mr. Fantastic, the other two Peters (Peter S and Peter Cahill), and I had to get back as soon as possible so we just hammered along today. (I actually had a sitter for the kids so I could make the ride. If I had stopped that would have been one expensive coffee!)

Catch up with everyone next time!

What better way to start a ride than with great coffee and conversation? It just got better from there! Thanks to Steve, Christian and Brian for the roadside assistance with my flat on the way home - not sure if buying the extra tubes at the bike show yesterday was just good planning or a jinx....am hoping that it's a good planning thing! Thanks to all for yet another great day out! Cheers, K

Sounds like you guys had fun. Sorry I missed the coffee break. Was at the end of the group with Kerri, Christian, Steve, Brian and James and got a flat just north of Taunton. Used my CO2 on Ian's flat yesterday and forgot to replace and found my spare tube also had a hole! Ugh. Friendly fellow cyclist had a spare tube so ended up doing the regular Saturday route home on a beautiful, sunny Sunday. The comp coffee, fig newtons and good conversation were a great way to start the day. Thanks to all

Nice ride indeed! Thanks to the "social group" - Trish, Brooke, Michelle, Arn, Paul, and Kevin... we even picked up James and Jodie on the way back. Thanks for the chats and the company everyone! Of course, Jodie and I had the pleasure of being followed by the fat bald bastard in the black pickup truck (it's always a pickup truck, isn't it?) who insisted on yelling his version of road rules at us for several minutes... we thanked him for his input, and when he got tired of us ignoring him, he sped off. Besides ole' fatso, a marvelous day, and can't beat the chai latte at the cafe! (thanks Trish!)
