Planning the 2011 End of Season Party - Nov 10th or 24th? Please comment.

Hey all,

It's that time... the outside riding season is nearing to an end.  That's not to say I'm suggesting anyone stop riding - Cross season is just starting and we will have Winter training at Watts Up like last year(link to last years group).  Just the formal rides will come to an end.   Informal rides will always exist as the size of the membership is ever increasing.

So here's the deal for the End of Season Party:

- I have put Kerri(she was willing when I asked her) in charge of organizing the event.

- I want it to be low-key, casual dress event(depending on the venue), where we all have a chance to meet up at the end of a successful season of riding, to reminisce, mingle and discuss things that may be of interest next year.

Basically, just a way to get everyone in one place, not in their cycling gear for some food and drinks.

What we're looking for from you is to comment on your date preference(Thursday Nov 10th OR 24th), and if you would like to help with the organization of the event.  Please contact Kerri through the site if you would like to help her out & post your date preference as a comment below.

ONCE A DATE IS CONFIRMED, THE PARTY WILL BE POSTED AS AN EVENT FOR YOU TO R.S.V.P.

Thanks everyone and I hope you've had a great season with the BCC up till now.

Cheers,

Dan.
